Rafael Scarfullery is one of the most outstanding Christian classical guitarists. He dedicates his musical talents to God and shares the gospel through the performance of sacred music and Christian hymns on the classical guitar.




Since a young age, Rafael decided to study music in order to praise God and take his message of salvation through music performances and compositions. He has studied at the National Conservatory of Music in the Dominican Republic, Brooklyn College of the CUNY, the University of Texas at Austin, and Shenandoah University in Virginia, and also in Spain, Venezuela, and Cuba. He holds four university degrees in performance: a bachelor's degree, two master's degrees (performance and orchestral conducting), and one doctorate. Besides teaching at Sweet Briar College, Randolph College and Lynchburg College, he performs and composes music for the glory of God. His art has been featured in concert halls, churches, TV and radio stations, and in countries of Asia, Europe, North and South America.

Rafael performs without soundtracks, so his music is highly demanding, truly live, virtuosistic, and conservative in nature. His arrangements bring peaceful and quiet moments to audiences, who in turn, appreciate his masterful arrangements and compositions.
