REPERTOIRE

I have a wide repertoire of standard music. I have also a large repertoire with my own compositions and audiences have responded with positive feedbacks. I have hundreds of compositions and arrangements to choose from, such as sonatas, suites, waltzes, preludes, etudes, impromptus, etc. You can find some of these compositions in my composition page. If you hire me for a concert, your audience will have the unique experience of listening to a composer/performer, an old tradition that goes back to great masters such as Buxtehude, Bach, Scarlatti, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Franck, Messiaen, and many others.

* Composition Sharing Project: My main purpose is to compose music and share it. Would you consider helping in sharing the music with music schools around the world? This project consists of traveling to music schools to donate all my music collections, play concerts of this music and give masterclasses. If you'd like to help, please, consider making a donation below. If you let me know, I can send you in exchange my music collections by email, which will match the value of your contribution. If you donate more than $500 and if you prefer, instead of sending you music collections, I can write a new composition and dedicate it to you.

I can offer these types of concerts:

1. Classical Music:
                  a) Classical guitar concert with my original compositions and arrangements
                  b) Organ concert with my original compositions and arrangements
                  c) Classical guitar concert with standard repertoire (Bach, Sor, Giuliani, Barrios, Tarrega, Villa-Lobos,
                      Rodrigo, Lauro, Granados, and others)

2. Therapeutic/Relaxing Music:
                  a) Classical guitar concert with my original therapeutic guitar pieces
                  b) Classical guitar concert with my original therapeutic/healing songs that the audience can sing

3. Sacred Music Concerts:
                  a) Classical guitar concert with a program of hymn arrangements and original sacred compositions.
                  b) Organ concert with a program of hymn arrangements and original sacred compositions.
                  c) Classical guitar/organ concert with a program of hymn arrangements and original sacred compositions.
                  d) Hymn festival: In this format the congregation sings hymns accompanied and directed by me on the organ.
This is a beautiful Lutheran tradition, where the organ embellishes and enhances the hymn tunes and texts                       through newly composed/improvised harmonizations, preludes, interludes, and postludes.

4. Concerts where I conduct an orchestral or a choir with a standard repertoire or my original compositions.
